Do you have a talent to share, and a real committment to help 
co-ordinate of the DCA , we are keen to hear from you.

TheTrustees form the DCA Management Committee are all volunteers, each are committeed to actively participate to offer a real service to the local Community and surrounding areas.  The Trustees aim to constantly enhance the Denmead Community Centre, offering local people a place to socialise and somewhere to try out new activities.

You will always find a warm welcome here at the DCA.

A group of people led by Martin Lewis and his wife Judith.  They meet at the Community Centre to tend the flower bed, trim the roses and remove that unwanted weed!

Pilates Class

This is an non-impact exercise which is mat-based.  It targets deep abdominal muscles, strengthens the lower back and corrects posture.  The class is suitable for all age groups and abilities.

Zumba Toning

Lisa will take through a 60 minute routine to tone and sculpt your body with the optional use of Zumba maraca-like toning sticks.  This class is low impact exercise which is ideal for beginners. You will need to bring along some small hand weights and a drink.  Lisa is now offering an optional abdominal work out so please bring along a mat.

Talk Dog

This group offers a friendly and non-competitive approach to dog training.  Our exercises are aimed at pet owners who just want to experience the best from their dog, or maybe have particular problems such as nervousness or aggression towards people and other dogs. We also offer Puppy Training and Socialising classes, with a certificate at the end of the 10 week course.  Please feel free to pop in to ask questions or see advice.
