Denmead Community Centre

The Ashling Hall is a popular venue for parties, films and concerts. 

The hall is approximately 16 x 6 metres and can accommodate up to 100 people.

Along with tables and chairs if required, the hall has a piano, and a sound system with induction loop for the hard of hearing. 

Rate: £16.00 per hour

The Jubilee Room is a popular venue for children's parties and training sessions.

The room is approximately 7.4 x 7.4 metres.

This room can accommodate a formal meeting group of up to 50 people.

Tables and chairs provided if required.
Rate: £9.00 per hour

The Barn Green Room is a popular room for corporate meetings and training sessions.

 This room is approximately 7 x 5 metres.

Tables and chairs provided if required.

There is also a serving hatch from the adjacent Ella Bendall Kitchen.

Rate: £8.00 per hour

The Furzeley Room is approximately 3.5 x 3.5 metres.

This room is permanently set up as a meeting room
with a table and seating for 12.

Rate: £6.00 per hour

The Rookwood Room is approximately 5 x 3 metres.

This is an quiet room with a dining table and comfortable chairs, seating 8. 

It is situated between the Ashling Hall and the Catering Kitchen.

Rate: £6.00 per hour

The Annexe building includes a well equiped kitchen, including a cooker and microwave.

Rate: £11.00 per hour

The Annexe building is a popular venue for children's parties, art and dance classes.

The Anmore Room is one of two large rooms available in our Annexe building. 

Approximate size 7.2 x 7.1 metres.

Additional tables and chairs available if required.

The Annexe building includes a well equiped kitchen including a cooker and microwave.
Rate: £11.00 per hour

The outdoor BBQ area consists of a seating area with brick-built BBQ.
This facility is available with or without room hire. 

Rate per day: £40.00 on its own
or £25.00 when hired with another room

As well as the rooms detailed we have extensive lawned areas
which can be used in the summer months for activities.
