Room Hire

We have seven rooms available for hire,
either singly or in combination.

Each room has access to one of two small kitchens,
the use of which is included in the cost of room hire.

In particular, every hirer may use the Ella Bendall Kitchen.

All rooms can be provided with chairs and tables.

Additional facilities are available for some rooms. (see below)

We also offer a larger catering kitchen available at extra cost.
(£7.35 per hour)

The Centre is equipped with ramped wheelchair access to all rooms
and a disabled toilet.

The entire Community Centre can be hired at a rate of £420.00 per day

The Ashling Hall

The main hall of the building, approximate size 16 x 6 metres.
As well as tables and chairs if required, the hall has a piano, and a sound system with induction loop for the hard of hearing. The hall can be equipped with a modular stage.

The hall is the nearest large room to the catering kitchen and is often
used for concerts, films and large parties.
80 to 100 people can be accommodated.

Rate: £15.23 per hour

The Jubilee Room

The Jubilee Room is the second-largest room in the main building,
approximate size 7.4 x 7.4 metres.
Tables and chairs provided if required.
The room is light and airy and is popular for club meetings.
Meetings of up to 50 people can be accommodated.

Rate: £8.40 per hour

The Barn Green Room

The Furzeley Room

The Furzeley Room is almost the smallest room available,
approximate size 3.5 x 3.5 metres.
This room is permanently set up as a meeting room
with a table and seating for 12.

The Rookwood Room

The Rookwood Room is the smallest room available, approximate size 5 x 3 metres.
This is an intimate room with a dining table and some comfortable chairs, seating 8.
It is situated between the Ashling Hall and the catering kitchen.
This is a friendly room for small functions or relaxed meetings.
Rate: £5.50 per hour

Approximate size 9 x 7.1 metres.
As well as tables and chairs if required, this room also has a piano and a table-tennis table.
The room has windows down both of the longer walls and is popular
for activities needing more space.
The annexe building includes a small kitchen.
Rate: £10.50 per hour

The Barbecue Area

The outdoor Barbecue area consists of a seating area with built-in brick-built Barbecue.
This facility is available with or without room hire.
Barbecue charcoal and utensils NOT provided.
Rate per day: £36.75 on its own
or £21.00 when hired with another room.
